The following outlines the process for submitting your print-ready artwork.
|
Order Placement Once you have placed your graphics order you will receive all necessary artwork preparation documents to your email account.
Artwork Creation Prepare your artwork according to the specifications detailed in the artwork documents you have been provided. Advatum is available to you for full support in this process, including advice and technical assistance. Alternatively, we offer graphic design services at $65 per hour.
Artwork Submission There are three ways to submit your print-ready artwork files.
Proof Approval Within 2 business days you will receive proof images by email. Important: Any stated printing time does not begin until you give clear approval of the proofs by email reply.
* FTP - It's important to include all order and contact information into the form when uploading artwork files. Uploads without this information are not guaranteed processing.
** Mail - Please clearly reference your order number on the package/envelope and include all pertinent contact information.

Artwork Turnaround Time
|

To determine the time it will take to print your graphics please call us. Different types of displays require different print times, but many require 5 to 10 business days of printing time from the date of your proof approval. Note: This does not include the shipping time.
One notable variant of this is printed carpeting, which requires approximately 8 weeks of print time.

Rush Shipping / Printing

Advatum can accommodate rush orders. If you need your display quickly please call us right away to arrange this. Though not all rush orders require additional fees, if rush printing or shipping is required you will be informed or your full options and be provided a clear quote.
