Are there more fabric colors available?
Yes. In the listing you are given the choice of four ‘quick ship’ color fabrics; Coal Black, Silver Grey, Imperial Blue, Windsor Blue. These colors are readily available from stock to ensure a quick shipment date. (Be sure to indicate your choice at purchase.)
There are also other colors available to choose from. These colors are only available through special order, not in stock for immediate shipment, and may incur an additional charge. Please call for details.

How sturdy is the podium when it’s converted from a case to a counter?
The podium is quite sturdy, and you can safely place a laptop, monitor, or projector unit on top.

What is the table top space on the podium?
The top of the podium is oval, and is approximately 14" × 26".

How sturdy is the panel system?
This is the highest quality system of its kind available; the frame is made from lightweight, aircraft-quality extruded aluminum. It is very sturdy, and can support much more weight than other, cheaper panel systems.
If you wish to configure the unit to be completely straight, with no angled walls, stabilizing feet are available for purchase. These will allow you to set up a stable straight-wall configuration.

Are there more fabric colors available?
No, at this time the the panel systems only come in Black/Grey or Light Blue/Dark Blue.

What is the quality of the banner graphic itself?
Short answer, the best in the world. Longer answer, the best quality medium for full color digital printing available today, called a Titanium film, will be used to print your artwork. It is thin, yet very durable, and curl resistant. The Ink Jet printing is 1200 DPI.

Help! I don’t know the first thing about creating and preparing graphics, will you work with me?
Absolutely! We send complete detailed instructions to you containing all the technical information necessary to complete and submit your artwork for printing. Should you need help beyond this, just give us a call and we’ll talk you through it.
We also offer professional graphic design service, at an hourly rate of $65USD. If interested, please give us a call at 1-866-637-7627.

How much lead time is required on graphics?
5 business days.

Are rush orders available for graphics?
Yes. Rush is available at an additional +25% charge on graphics for a 2 day rush print, and +50% for a 1 day rush print. Please call us at 1-866-637-7627 to arrange this.

Can get graphics printed later, at the same low cost?
Yes. If we provide a quote to you, it is good for up to a full 120 days.

How do I prepare artwork for print?
Please read the Artwork Preparation Guide before preparing any graphics. You will be provided with specific dimension sizes for your unit when your order is placed.

How do I submit my artwork when it’s ready?
You may submit artwork files by FTP.

I'm going to arrange my own printing; will you send me all the dimensions I need?
Yes, once your order is placed we send you the dimensions you will need to prepare your artwork for.

Will the graphics fit in the same case as my pop up?
Not always. Large graphics, particularly full photomurals, will not fit in the same case. For options regarding this, please call us at 1-866-637-7627.

Shipping & Handling

Are rush orders available?
Yes. If you need your items to be delivered faster than the express shipping option please call us immediately so that we may determine if it is possible, and how much it will cost.

Can I combine shipping on multiple orders?
Yes. Please contact us for an estimate on how much we can save you on combined shipping for multiple items.

Where does this item ship from?
The location being shipped depends on the equipment or accessories you are ordering. If you have a question about a particular item’s location please contact us.

Can I pick up my unit from you instead of getting it shipped?
Yes. If you would like to pick up your unit from its location we would happy to arrange this. Please note that a $20 handling charge is applied for units such as pop ups and panel systems, and $10 for smaller equipment such as banner stands and literature racks.

Can I use my own freight account to ship this unit?
Yes. Please contact us if you wish us to arrange the shipping under your own shipping account.

Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. You will be supplied a tracking number within 1 business day of the item being shipped.

Why does residential delivery sometimes take longer?
Shipping providers sometimes ask for additional time to deliver to residential addresses due to common route scheduling. The additional time can range from an hour to a day, rarely longer.

Can you ship directly to my hotel or convention center?
Yes. Please make sure that you send clear and accurate information by email of where to ship and who will be receiving it.

Can you guarantee delivery at a certain time?
Shipping companies do offer guaranteed delivery times at an additional cost, which we can arrange for your order.
Please note that we do everything possible on our part to ensure a timely delivery, however shipping companies aren’t perfect, and delays can sometimes happen. If you require a guaranteed time please contact us right away at 1-866-637-7627.
