The Manufacturer warrants to the original purchaser an UNCONDITIONAL LIFETIME WARRANTY from defects in material or workmanship on the pop up frame.  If the framework fails to perform FOR ANY REASON, the Manufacturer will, at its option, either repair or replace the defective parts.

The Manufacturer also warrants to the original purchaser a 1-year warranty from defects in material or workmanship on the magnetic channel bars, cases, light fixtures, shelving and other accessories.  If any of the above mentioned accessories fails to perform FOR ANY REASON, the Manufacturer will, at its option, either repair or replace the defective parts.

Applied graphics (all artwork applied to the panels and fabric covered panels) and bulbs are excluded from this warranty.
