Warranty Statement
Effective date: 01.2008
This product is carefully designed to provide the user with years of satisfaction. Any items found to be defective will be replaced or repaired at the factory's discretion. The standard guarantee is one year parts and labor which warrants the product against defects in material and workmanship. It does not cover damage due to accidents, normal wear and tear, or abuse.

Return Process
- Contact us and provide the original order number. A return authorization number will be provided that must appear on the outside of the package. Instructions will be provided on where to ship return.
- Carefully package and ship the damaged product to the specified address that is given at the time of the return authorization.
