Warranty Statements - 3 Years

Effective date: 10.2007

The Manufacturer warrants to the original purchaser a 3 YEAR WARRANTY from defects in material or workmanship on this item.  If the display fails to perform due to any defects, the Manufacturer will, at its option, either repair or replace the defective parts.

Applied graphics (all artwork applied to the panels and fabric covered panels) and bulbs are excluded from this warranty.

Covered Products

Return Process

  1. Contact us and provide the original order number.  A return authorization number will be provided that must appear on the outside of the package.  Instructions will be provided on where to ship return.
  2. Carefully package and ship the damaged product to the specified address that is given at the time of the return authorization.
