Artwork Submission

The following outlines the process for submitting print-ready artwork.

1. Order Placement

   Once you have placed your graphics order you will receive all necessary artwork preparation documents to your email account.

2. Artwork Creation

   Prepare artwork according to the specifications detailed in the artwork documents provided.  If you require advice or technical support please call.  Graphic design services can be arranged.

3. Artwork Submission

   There are three ways to submit your print-ready artwork files.

   • Upload* (for large files over 5MB):

   • Email (for small files under 5MB):

   • Mail** (for CDs or DVDs):

4. Proof Approval

   Within 1 to 3 business days you will receive proof images by email.
   Important: Stated lead times do not begin until implicit proof approval is received.

* Uploads - It's important to include order and contact information into the form when uploading artwork files.  Uploads without this information are not guaranteed processing.

** Mail - Please clearly reference your order number on the package/envelope and include all pertinent contact information.

Artwork Turnaround Time

To determine the time it will take to print your graphics please call us.  Turnaround times depend on the display.  On average, many require 5 to 10 business days of printing time from the date of your proof approval.  Note: This does not include the shipping time.

Rush Shipping / Printing

Advatum can accommodate rush orders.  If you need your display quickly please call us right away to arrange this.  Though not all rush orders require additional fees, if rush printing or shipping is required you will be informed or your full options and be provided a clear quote.

* All artwork must be print-ready in one of the following accepted file types: TIFF, EPS, AI, PSD, PDF
